Rochester Wedding Photography

Rochester Wedding Photography - Hi, I'm Brady Dillsworth, an award winning wedding photographer from Rochester, New York. I work hard at every wedding to artistically capture the most beautiful moments of and the most meaningful memories from your wedding.

I photograph 30-weddings per year in a style that is best described as wedding photojournalism, meaning that I approach your wedding as an observer who photographs the events as they happen; I believe in allowing the wedding day to unfold naturally while focusing on capturing genuine moments and real expressions of love.

Throughout the wedding galleries on my portfolio website, you will see many wedding photographs from some of my favorite Rochester area weddings.

Please browse my main website, at Dillsworth.com, to learn more about me, my style of wedding photography, my wedding photography philosophy and to see my 2010 prices. I look forward to working with you and would love to answer all of your wedding photography questions :)

Congratulations on your engagement and best of luck with planning your wedding in Rochester!

Rochester Wedding Photojournalism

Wedding photojournalism is a philosophy of wedding photography where my main objective as your wedding photographer is to photograph the wedding as it occurs with minimal involvement in the wedding events. My photographs are primarily candid in nature and tell the whole story of your wedding day, from the preparation early in the morning right through until the last dance.

The limited amount of posing and minimal interaction between you and I helps to keep the wedding flowing smoothly. Generally, the only time that I do become involved in your wedding is during the formal portraits.

I believe that the greatest benefit to wedding photojournalism is the natural emotions which I capture and convey. I photograph peak of action and peak of emotion, showing the real laughter, the real tears and the real joy that will make you love your wedding photographs more than you can even imagine!

Rochester Engagement Sessions

Engagement sessions are a great way for you to become familiar with being photographed before your wedding. Most people haven't really been professionally photographed and don't necessarily know what to expect, making the engagement session an excellent way to raise eliminate some wedding day stress and boost your confidence!

Also, an added benefit to engagement sessions is having beautiful portraits made before your wedding day that can be given to your parents and grandparents as gifts during the rehearsal dinner or at the wedding reception.

I can photograph your 90-minute engagement session in Rochester or the Finger Lakes for $350 and provide a disc of all of the full resolution digital files. The engagement session should be booked at least one month prior to your wedding and should be scheduled for 2-hours before sunset.
